Railroad Excursions

The Buckingham Branch Railroad partners with the Old Dominion Chapter of the National Railway Historic Society in offering periodic excursion rides.  The Old Dominion Chapter  chartered in 1957, is a non-profit, volunteer-based, educational organization dedicated to the preservation of past, present, and future railroading in Central Virginia. The Chapter owns a number of historic passenger coaches and engines for preservation and for use on excursion train rides.
